Since all of our Sweet Breads, Scones & Cookies are made from scratch, we will never have all of the possible flavors available at the same time.  At Windsor Breads Bakery & Coffeehouse, we bake what is seasonally popular, what we think will sell and what our fabulous customers have pre-ordered for pick-up. So if you would like to plan an order for pick up, it is always a good idea to check with us to see which of the flavors are already scheduled to be baked for the day of your pick up or shipment or whether or not the flavors you'd like can be fit into our baking schedule. 

While happiness is our goal, baking from scratch takes time and as much as we'd like to think we were superhuman and able to bake any order for any person at any time, we are limited by our human capabilities :)
